Senior Innovation Consultant (x3) – Riyadh based

This is an outstanding opportunity for a bilingual (Arabic-English) professional with a proven background in both innovation strategy and consulting delivery to join a high growth innovation team with outstanding career opportunities.

As an Innovation Consultant, you will work directly with senior client stakeholders to design and implement innovation strategies, facilitate transformational workshops, and develop new solutions that deliver tangible business.

You will be part of a high-performing team delivering on national and regional-level innovation, playing a critical role shaping strategies in areas such as digital transformation.

To be considered for this position you will have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in innovation, strategy, or design-led transformation
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a consulting environment, ideally with a global or regional firm
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken – essential)
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus
• Formal certification or academic qualification in innovation, entrepreneurship, or related fields (e.g., Design Thinking, Innovation Management, etc.)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to work across complex stakeholder environments
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
