Cyber Security Programme Manager

Oliver Walters are working exclusively with a leading London market insurance company to source a Cyber Security Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale security transformation programmes within complex, regulated environments?

Exciting role to lead a large scale cyber security improvement initiative. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, governance, and delivery of a comprehensive cyber security programme aimed at strengthening resilience, aligning to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead and govern the end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream cyber security transformation programme.
• Partner with CISO, IT, and business stakeholders to translate cyber strategy into actionable initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of key security capabilities, including Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Threat Detection, and Data Protection.

To be considered for this position the successful candidate will have experience of:

• Significant experience in cyber security programme management within the London Market or wider financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of information security frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, CIS).
• Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale security and technology transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence senior stakeholders up to C-suite level.
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s Market systems, governance, and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
