ERP (SAP Preferred) Programme Manager – Contract

Oliver Walters have been engaged exclusively with a leading technology company as they embark on a major ERP transformation programme. Partnering with a well respected SI, we are looking for an experienced ERP Programme Manager to lead a business critical implementation that will shape the future of the organisation.

The Role
As the ERP Programme Manager, you will take full ownership of the delivery, ensuring successful implementation across multiple business units. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, process improvement, and lasting business change.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the overall ERP programme strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Managing a portfolio of projects within the ERP programme to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships at executive and operational levels.
• Overseeing vendor and systems integrator relationships to ensure quality and value.
• Driving change management, communications, and training to support adoption across

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale ERP programmes (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and systems integrators.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability.
